Security

Local-first by default
TableOne Flow Solo keeps every report on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and the app works offline. That is the default. Your reports stay on your device unless you turn on encrypted backup.
Encrypted backup, included with Solo (planned)
Your Solo licence includes an optional backup, off until you switch it on. Your reports will be encrypted on your own computer before they leave it, so by default only you will be able to read them. We will hold the encrypted copy in an Australian data centre. If you lose a machine, you will restore your reports in one step.
Web View — the one exception (planned)
Web View lets you read your reports in a web browser — read-only, on your own account. To show a report on the web, our server has to read it. So while Web View is on, your whole backup is readable to us, not just the report you are looking at. While it is off, only you can read it. Web View is a Pro feature; review, comments, and sign-off stay in Pro.
What we never do
We do not use your reports, or anything in them, to train or evaluate any AI or machine-learning model. How we handle data submitted through this website is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We also claim no certification — against JORC, ASX, ASIC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or IRAP — because no body certifies software against the JORC Code. Where we have adopted a specific control, we name the control itself.
Support and status
Solo support covers the software — install, import, export, and recovery. It is not JORC, geological, or compliance advice. The encrypted backup is not yet available; before it launches, we intend to have the design independently reviewed.
